Best BBQ Salmon Recipe!
(Note: this is in our vlogging format skip forward to 24:10:00 for recipe)
This Recipe is Great for 2 lbs of Salmon or more!
- 7 oz. jar Hoisin Sauce
- 1/4 C Soy sauce
- 1/4 Orange Juice
- 1/4 C Honey
- 3 Tablespoons Ginger (keeping it frozen makes easy to grate like cheese)
- Chopped Fresh Garlic (we like a lot up to 8 cloves)
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Heat 4 tablespoons of Olive Oil in saute pan, add scallions, garlic and ginger. Heat until fragrant. Add Hoisin, Honey and Soy sauce into a bowl. Mix well then add to your saute pan. Simmer on medium until everything fuses and sauce thickens. About 5 mins. Turn off.
Preheat oven to High Broil, Place Salmon Fillets on a baking tray. Drizzle with Olive Oil, Salt and Pepper. Broil for about 10 mins. Remove and brush on Glaze mixture and put back into the oven for 3-4 more minutes or until cooked through.
Serve with Jasmine Coconut Rice and your favorite veggies. End with Homemade Mini Apple Pies (recipes coming soon)!
